Soy canadiense y vivo en España. Cuando me mudé aqui, no tenía una nivel de español muy avanzada y tuve dificultad de funcionar en español en mi vida diaria. Llevo estudiano español con Carmen hace casi dos anos y con su ayuda mi español ha mejorado muchísimo. Las lecciones siempre son divertidas y interesantes, con muchos ejercicios diferentes. Carmen es una profesora muy simpática, y adapta las lecciones a mis interéses y necesidades. Ahora tengo mucho mas confianza en mi capacidad de hablar y entender español en cualquier situacíon.

I have been working with Carmen is a wonderful tutor and brings much fun to the lessons. I like her enthusiasm and positive attitude. Despite the fact I am a beginner, we don’t use English because Carmen perfectly explains meanings of unfamiliar words. I really appreciate how she corrects mistakes: in speech she suggests other ways of expressing my thoughts, in writing she always explains options. Thanks to Carmen I feel confident in speakng and especially in listening because I understand almost everything she says. And as far as I’m travelling to Andalucía, small tips from Carmen are priceless!

Carmen is without doubt an exceptional teacher. She’s attentive, organised, and extremely encouraging. Within the first lesson with her I felt so at ease, which really helps me when I trying to learn a language. I feel motivated to study outside of the lesson, and have improved so much since starting with her. My lessons are so enjoyable that it feels easy to do, amongst a hectic life schedule. I will be eternally grateful for her assistance :3

I have only had my second class with carmen and i already know she is an amazing tutor, for anyone feeling nevous or insecure, lacking some confidence look no futher as carmen will put you at ease and make you feel comfortable within minutes of your first lesson. I wish i had started years ago, but as the saying goes better late than never, Mas vale tarde que nunca!!! Which i learnt today!!!

Carmen is a great teacher, profesional and very friendly at the same time. I have quite an advanced level (in my humble opinion), but each time I learn new words and expressions thanks to her. Mostly we talk, but if I say something not quite right she tells me, and corrects me. And she teaches me funny sayings like ‘hasta el 40 de mayo, no te quites el sayo’ 😂
